Watch out, my account was hacked after ordering from Pulse Uniform
The only place I used my debit card was to purchase a scrub top last week, I just replaced my card prior to buying the scrub top. I never order online, so I was kind of scared to do this with this company I have never heard of.
So, dumb me orders, then last night I got an alert from my bank that I possibly had some fraud going on. I looked at my account and sure enough I had several transactions that I had not ordered.
I did notify my bank and they are aware that this is the only place I used this card...beware!!! I haven't even received my shipment yet and this happened that fast.

I washed the scrubs when they arrived as they were very stiff and scratchy. The fit was terrible when I tried them on after.
Paid to mail them back expecting at least partial refund as company states in returns info. Got an email that said no refund as I had washed them. Called and was told repeatedly that I had infected scrubs by washing them. I'm pretty sure they weren't sterile to begin with.
Finally settled on getting them back so I could donate them. Had to pay shipping to get them back. Sent company email and no reply.
I assume they would have washed them pressed them and resold them. Scammers and thieves.

Pulse Uniform is the best online store that I have deal with. They are an online store for nurses and medical related profession and they offer different scrub products. I have talked with their customer representative they are very kind and they update me with my orders if there are some problem encountered during the shipping.
If you have encountered some problems with other store I would recommend that you try placing an order with them. According to their site they are located in Georgia, so that give us a guarantee that they are not scammers.
