My phone is not working

ShrugMy phone was not working for 4 day I was trying to reach to u guys!!!of course no one was there to help me Also Ive been charge for those 4 days Even my phone was not even working and I cannot call out or too receive any phone calls !!! Thank you for responding back after two weeks !!! Very Very professional I think its time to me to shop around for new service!!! After 7 years with u guys

Zoo mad try to call Pulse and NECC answer

what is going on with Pulse telephone ??? on web side they give you a contact nr and when you call NECC answer and want money!!!! I paid Pulse for long distance and know this NECC said i have to pay them or I need to cancel. I never sign with them.This is a share or stollen clients info . I like my lawyer to sent a letter to them !!!!!WHAT IS PULSE DIRECT PHONE NR??? WHY THEY HAVE LIST ONE PHONE NR AND NECC ANSWER ??? I was told by Pulse not to pay any bills to NECC as they are a scam!!!!

The same thing is happening to me. Exactly like described above.

I called NECC and asked them to cancel my account with them because I never signed with them. Now I go on pulse website in Canada and takes me to NECC.

Hey Pulse, what's going on? can you do something for your customers?

Fraud sales techniques to earn money

I made big and last mistake of my life regarding this fraud pulse telecom company.I received a call from one of the sales executive from pulse telecom and she said that we r giving u $5 to make call to india and we just need to register ur cell no. and she told me that if u receive any bill then u neednot to pay that bill because it is free and she didnt told me that if u dont like the service then u have to cancel that so i thought that after these $5 gets over it will get cancel but no and i was thinkin that i m using my free promotion but they were charging me. So, If u receive any calls from sales executives of this company then please dont listen there false promotional plans.they will register ur cell no. for there service and tell u to make international call for free and later on ask for the bill. They are big fraud!!!!!

My Pulse Telecom account was moved to NECC and now I got bills from both. Pulse Telecom stopped sending the bills so I assumed the account is closed.

Six months after I get a bill with penalties added each month. The account does not exist according to the website and they do not answer the phone.

No I doubt he is a pissed competitor. I think he is a pissed consumer.

I get calls from these people all the time. Look it up. Alot of angry folks. And it so happens that the people who try and discredit the angry and boost the company use the same cookie cutter response.

Almost identical across the board, peppered with discrete pitches for business.

See how your comments include such detailed info about the rates? Like a commercial.

Take your money, your current phone provider and run.... they are the biggest scam artists on the face of the earth.

They conned my unsuspecting parents, switched their long-distance provider over to pulse without proper consent and now they are harassing them for two bogus bills that they have since sent out.

Beware!

Ain't it funny how Pulse Telecom has a Facebook Page (the biggest social networking site on the planet) and they have disabled all sorts of interactive features (commenting, wall privileges, etc.) so that consumers won't voice their true opinions. Should give you some insight into the type of business they run!

is a pissed competitor, not a pissed customer!

I never heard of Pulse, but I'm with NECC Telecom for speed dial and they gave me a $5.00 promo to call Romania from my cell phone.

I called Romania last month and I talk to my friends for almost 3 hours for free and another 3 hours for $2.9 c/min which I had to pay for (around $7.00 with all the taxes included). Go and sign with NECC if you don't like Pulse!

Dude, it's obviously that you work for a competitor and you want to denigrate Pulse Telecom. This company is on the telecom market since at least 3-4 years ago.

I am with Pulse - for my Land Line Phone - since 2007 and nothing is wrong with it: good connection, low rates, good Customer Service in many languages, clear bills. Now I got the Speed Dial plan to call India and Europe from my cell phone for 2.9 c/min, which is cheaper than to call inside the USA.
