Card is blocked, nearly 2hr phone call staff unable to unblock, no one called me back in 4 days!

My service goes out about every 2 mins and will stay out bout 5 to 10 mins comes back on for aboit 1 min then back out...i have moved the router all round the room and it still does not help the service any better..no matter what i do it atill does the same thing.. so please try an make this wifi better. So u can use it..

I was playing this morning and it took my money I was playing with I had 17 dollars and I can't play sc coins its just letting me play gc coins and this is not the first time I had 50 dollars taken away from me also.
