Can't uninstall, disable, or deactivate this app. Even though it has malware. All instructions say these options exist, but they don't.

Not able to reach customer service at all!!!
not able to activate my new card (my number is changed. try to reach customer service, not available at all! spend 1,5 hour on phone, no one bothered to pick up!
Preferred solution: activate my card and change my mobile number
