I ordered a new carburator for my mower . I've been told the most ridiculous excuses of why they havent shipped it.

There customer service is the worst ive ever dealt with . Lies after lies after lies the last lie started like this .

Your part is in tue back warehouse and ita gonna take teo weeks for someone to make it back there to get it off the shelf. I wonder if there are motels along the route .

Four months its been . And it's not just the help its also the managemendo
