Original review updated Mar 13, 2026

I let a budtender talk me into buying a "premium" battery for $23 instead of $5. Got home and all the pretty lights work but no puffing.

So I contact support and they tell me I have to precharge the battery for 2.5 hours.

Odd that the battery display says 100%, there is nothing on the box or packaging about precharging and the online manual says nothing about precharging. So when I pointed this out the chat tech informed me I had an attitude and terminated the chat. Funny how this was around 2:30pm so I'm guessing this particular tech just pushed me off until she got off so I would be someone else's problem. She literally offered not a single word of support.

She just blamed me for their defective product. This is a garbage company employing garbage people and they do not support their own products.

If it's broke, you broke it.

Run away! You've been warned

Oh, by the way, after charging overnight the piece of garbage still doesn't puff.

Loss:
$23
Cons:
  • Garbage company selling garbage products with garbage support people

Preferred solution: Nothing. The $23 I spent was a very valuable education about a garbage company employing garbage people offering garbage support

User's recommendation: Don't trust this garbage company!
