Terrarium not working

Hi, I'm very upset because after only four months having my jellyfish terrarium ,my terrarium part is not coming on. It was not dropped it was not miss handled, and was taken care of properly and used not so regularly . So why it stopped working is beyond me. I would like some type of resolution, because I do enjoy it when I do use it. It is a treasured piece in my living room, next to my couch. Please advise me what to do . I do no longer have the receipt or the item number but on the front it does says Pulsar. Will you replace it? Do I have to return it? and if so where?
