Ordered 15 bracelets with breast cancer charms to give my family as a symbol of their support. I paid for 2 day shipping when the order arrived it was short 3 of the charms. This order was time sensitive (why I paid an extra 30.00) - they refuse to respond to voice messages, emails. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks. Not only disappointed because I wanted all of these women to have the same bracelet, but disappointed because Pugster KNOWS this info and still won't make this right. I want my product or a refund.
