Ordered 15 bracelets with breast cancer charms to give my family as a symbol of their support. I paid for 2 day shipping when the order arrived it was short 3 of the charms.

This order was time sensitive (why I paid an extra 30.00) - they refuse to respond to voice messages, emails. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks. Not only disappointed because I wanted all of these women to have the same bracelet, but disappointed because Pugster KNOWS this info and still won't make this right.

I want my product or a refund.

I placed an order on 12/28/14, was sent an email that the order was shipped on 1/3/15. The tracking number provided does not even work on the USPS website.

I sent an email requesting the correct tracking number...still no response and it is 1/6/15. Something did not feel right about this order and now that I have read so many awful reviews I am worried that I wont get my order, it wont come with everything I ordered, or that I will have credit card fraud. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Lesson Learned. I will post an update if I don't get them within 10 days (their shipping time)....

Unbelievable!!! Talk about a scam.

My complaint about Pugster and the BBB has been chopped. We can't tell the truth on this? I thought this was for consumer complaints. Everything I said was true and I have the paperwork and emails to prove it.

Well there's lots of complaint forums and consumer protection agency's. let's see if we can't go viral. Let's see how many complaint sites are controlled by the BBB shall we?

I certainly will not stop now. I'll just include the Pugster emails and the BBB emails in my next complaints.

Aug 2013, submitted returns to Pugster with their authorization. Nina Ryu signed for package and neither Nina Ryu or the owner Vanessa Lee will return calls or issue a refund for all items returned.

How's this for dishonest. I contacted Nina Ryu and told her some charms were sent back in error. She wrote back to me that when the returns came in she would send them back. I checked on the USPS site to track the package and she already had it!!!!

She received it, she signed for it and she never returned them or refunded me for them. The only reason I purchased from them is because they had CERTIFIED THROUGH THE BBB on their business site When I contacted the BBB to ask how this is allowed,Raquel Negrete of the

Shipping and handling costs are outrageous!!!! They charge $2.50 for the first item and $.75 for each additional item.Your

shipping & handling costs exceed the cost of the merchandise. These beads are practically "weightless". This company is totally "gouging" the customers!!! BEWARE!!!!! Find another vendor and don't be cheated.....You don't realize the shipping costs until your order is ended.

I wrote them an email they sent back a note that posted their policy and ended with

"Have a nice day!" I was already pissed off!

I will NEVER order from this company again and will pass the word!

I just got an e-mail that the order that I placed on Dec. 15th is now just getting shipped on the 22nd.

This is terrible business practices. I bought a bracelet and some charms hoping to get it by Christmas. And now they are saying to top things off that I may get it in 10 days. I would not recommend using this website for any purchases made that you want a fast shipping on.

How in the world does it take 7 days to process this order???

Maybe next time you will think twice Pugster.com !! Will not do business ever with you again.
