Pugi enjoys taking your money
if you ever buy a used car at pugi you *** well better love it. kiss your ole friend (car) goodbye, cause now they gotcha! don't like the car? sob! sucks to you, we got yer title, you got nuthin'. sure, we'll buy it back and soak you again, hey we need the money, got a big new building goin' up here and we need yer bucks, all yer bucks. out of work? sob! too *** bad. Nowm if you lived in California, they got this legislation that protects you and me from this kinda thing. Illinoians, start a letter writin' campaign to yer state legislator. take back the power we should rightfully have. I am sure you could waste yer own money better than a used car dealer.

Pugi Hyundai Downer's Grove bad place to do business
I went to the dealership after thoroughly researching what I wanted, what the cost would the vehicle would be. Basically, I really knew my numbers. After the back and forth b.s. that went on for a bit, my friend and I were told by the manager, I don't know where you got your numbers, but you're way off. The way he spoke to us was very degrading, and I walked out of the dealership. Less than 24 hours later I had the same car from another dealer. It wasn't the fact that Pugi wouldn't do the deal. It's that they were so insulting, deprecating, that I'll tell everyone I can what a bad experience I had at their dealership.
