Frustrated how they come out of box
This is my third package of square boxed tissues that do not come out of the box one at a time. Just opening, you lose the top few because the opening is too tight.

I am 65 years old. I am a puffs tissue user only !I have been for many years I have glaucoma I use puffs every day due to four different drops.
I apply in my eyes twice daily. never ever have I had this issue with puffs, but the tissue is leaving pieces all over my face no matter if I wipe or Patt at first I thought I had grabbed the wrong brand then I noticed the second four pack that I have brought was puffs whatever change has been made I would be the one to know it. I thought I would let you guys know that is not working sincerely yours, Mary Reed Ive applied my email and phone number as well. A not very happy customer I came back to write.
I do not have a receipt, of course, but I thought I would let you guys know.
I dont even know what other brand I would like because I always love puffs. Theyre so soft but durable.

Waiting to hear a solution!. I have gone through 2 more boxes since. Same thing.
I am tired of getting ripped off by your company. The bottom of tissues are always folded and I am losing out about 15 tissues a box. We are barely making it with inflation let alone being shorted every box!

I have given it quite some time now hoping that P&G would correct the problem but obviously they have not. The problem being that in several spots throughout the square boxes of tissues, the tissues are not interwoven with one another and I am forced to try and fit my hand in the hole to grab the next tissue to pop out of the hole.
Not only is it a problem to try and fit your hand in the hole but the next tissue, you cannot find the end to grab onto to pull out ! This happens about three or four times throughout each box of tissues. I am now tired of fighting with the box of tissues and am contemplating switching brands.I would be interested in finding out if P&G will be correcting this problem or do I actually have to move onto another brand of tissues!

Problem with your product
I buy the big packs of puffs regular not lotion and theres six or eight per pack so far I have got two packs out of the six or eight pack that are one ply and then when you get to the very bottom you pull them out its one ply and you can pull another one ply and put them together which is how you have to use them Im very disappointed and thats all I have to say thank you

I need to know the exact ingredients of the offs plus with lotion. I am allergic.

I see that customer service is only (1) ONE star ??? I purchase a 10 box case.
The last 2 the ends are not sealed. If the company is in need of glue advise and i mail you some,if not please seal the ends so i have to pick the off the floor
