Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. PuffitUp answered my emails about a week later stating to contact the manufacturer which I did.

They asked for a video, and then sent an email saying there was no reason for the video, since they weren't able to help.

On another note, Firefly, the mfg. did respond to my emails about a week later and was super helpful - sent me a new unit.

Hello, I am following-up on several emails that I sent, unit stopped working. About two weeks ago I sent a video showing the unit is dead and a copy of my receipt. Their website has a contact us page, but no send or submit buzz. Way too much of a hassle than it should be.

Still no refund after 3 weeks.

Finally figured out what happened to my refund. I still dont have it. Well see if I actually get it. They claim they tried to put refund through. I dont have a reason to doubt them. That would have been 3 weeks ago. I tired emailing them and all emails, even today, come back as deliverable. I had a chat session 2 weeks ago and the guy told me they would take care of it. I called them and after fighting on the phone was told the refunds didnt go through. Three weeks and they cant reach out to me. This is not customer service. I wonder if they do this to everyone or I was just unlucky for some reason. The above is true and factual based on what they told me about why I have not received a refund. Puffitup if you reply I probably wont respond.
