Bad Customer services of Puente Hills Subaru

I want to buy a pre-owned Forester 2.0XT that I did search in the Puente Hills Subaru's website, I found one that I like so I went there last Sunday. One of the sale person assisting me but she was inexperience and didn't know much, That's fine, I did research and did homework about that car already. But she lied to me that the car I wanted had been sold (Why I knew she lied, I'll explained later), then she's trying to sell me another higher model, I tested drive it and started to talk about the price. I mentioned that I want to trade-in my old car, she got all the info of my car but never want to disclose the value (It's easy to find nowadays on the web). She then asked her manager come along to negotiate the deal (I knew it's very common trick the dealer doing all the time like this), they kept pushing me to agree the unreasonable price without any info of my trade-in value (How can I make a decision in this situation?) then I requested to talk the price and trade-in value together so that I can had an idea and estimate my budget, but they kept pushing me to agree the price first, but still did not telling me how much of my trade-in, tug-of war like this for the whole conversation....long story short, I pissed and left. I then went online to Puente Hill Subaru's web-site to submit the request info form for the car I originally want to buy. Next day, I got an email from Internet Sale Department, I then told her via email what I wanted, she was very nice at the beginning and told me the car I want still available for sure (That's how I knew the first sale person lied to me), of course she want me to stop-by and talk the deal, I did tell her my bad experienced from other team the day before, so I was hesitate this time and want to negotiate thro email (I was thinking that what it's so called "Internet Sale"), the same, she really no interest in my trade-in and always want me going there and test drive the car (WTF, is that what the Internet Sale means, I started thinking do I have reading or comprehensive problem and doubted with my intelligent at that moment? ) the emails gone through a while, I sense she totally no interest continue deal with me, the email conversation ended after I sent my last message, she never reply again....

Unethical Sale Business Practice

I opened a case with the BBB with unethical sales business practice - BBB Complaint Case# 621319. No one has responded from the dealer in Puente Hill, California. I am trying to reach corporate complaint. I purchased a Subaru WRX back in April, 2018 to give sufficient time for how issues are handled. I will take matter to my own hand and continue this search to get my issue handled or resolved with a present or future solution to my satisfaction. I can be reached by email- a.stran88@***.com or by phone 626-378-****. I stated 3 time with my partner for the record to request a 3 year term lease, they stated no they do not offer. This was my first time leasing a vehicle. Until I went to finance twice, to find out there was and the car was already driven 100 miles before signing the second time around that I am not the type to report, but I was dis trot by the service that I must make a difference.
