I had reached out to them in August asking if my city would be a future pub art and if so, would it be done in time for christmas because I was planning on purchasing for a gift. In August he says " yes it will be completed by then". I asked again for an update on Sept. Still not started.
Again in November, still not started. Again in December and the response I get " sorry, it will not be completed this year". Wth pubs of....thanks for wasting my freaking time and lying to a potential customer.
Never buy from them. Not worth it that's for sure.

It's been a year this May!!!
Well, I paid $200 at the East Lansing Art Fair last May; and it's been a year since I ordered my poster. Brian McKelvey (Pubsof.com) was going to customize one of my town and said it would be done within a week; he even said he would deliver it himself since he would be over on my side of the state.
After a month, I sent him (McKelvey) a text and said sorry, he was in Chicago at another art fair and it would be there next week....I kept checking the mail....two months later he wouldn't answer my text. So my husband sent him text and told him that this was just plain stealing....please return our money but he wouldn't respond. We have called, sent messages to him at his email, text, tried calling from other phone numbers.. etc.
He just won't respond and we didn't receive a thing. At first, he said he would even throw in a poster for no charge because my order was large.
And now, even though it will cost us more money than it's worth, it's lawyer time.So disappointed....usually the vendors at art the fairs seem to be decent human beings. I was totally scammed.

Well, here\'s another update. I still have not received the poster that they promised me.
I\'ve emailed them three times now asking where it is. It should have come about three weeks ago according to them but they\'ve stopped answering my emails. It\'s frustrating because they\'ve answered my emails before and now they are just choosing to ignore me. Talk about poor customer service.
Avoid the headache and don\'t order posters from this website. A waste of my time and money!
I sent another email to the company and they finally responded to me letting me know they would be sending me a new poster. While the process was frustrating, I\'m happy that I finally got ahold of them and that they are handling the problem.
They even told me I could keep the poster that they incorrectly sent to me. Despite the fact that it took awhile to get in contact with the company I take back my earlier comments because the posters are very fun/unique.
I ordered a poster from pubsof.com (pubs of your town). I received the poster later than expected, which was fine but when I opened it up it was the incorrect city.
After checking all my confirmation emails it was clear that I had ordered the pubs of poster for the city that I wanted but the company sent me the incorrect poster. The only contact information on their website is an email. I emailed asking kindly for instructions on how to exchange the poster but got no response. After about a week and a half I tried calling the studio name on the package that I received by looking up the number in white pages.
The number had been disconnected.
I am extremely disappointed in the service of pubsof.com. I will never be ordering from them ever again.

Sorry to hear about the delay!
I've also had problems with pubsof.com. I never even got the poster I ordered and they failed to answer any emails (which is the only contact info they have on the website). Disappointing.
