Publix miniaturized items
- - Publix pickup with EBT; husband collected it.

I placed a pickup order today from Publix using my EBT. My husband picked the order up and brought it home.
I just finished putting away over $200 worth of groceries. However, these groceries weren't normal human servings, they were obviously meant for Barbie's Mansion. I have never even seen the serving sizes I received and considering the uniquely high prices that Publix already charges, I am mad! The size of the box of Velveeta Cheese is so small, I had no idea they even made that size.
I received a bag of potatoes that was literally smaller than a manila envelope. This is why people are about starving to death in America, and yet they cut our Snap benefits back still.
Preferred solution: It would be great if they seen fit to give me a little of it back in store rebates coupons etc Something towards HELPING the community rather than RIPPING it off

Publix doesn't make Velveeta cheese. Velveeta is owned by Kraft-Heinz and is manufactured by Kraft Foods.
Publix also cannot be held accountable for anything having to do with your EBT benefits. You would need to contact the EBT office in your area, which is usually your county's Health & Human Services building.
Maybe consider doing your own shopping so you can make your own selections. Also, Publix is considered one of the more expensive grocery stores, so you might want to shop somewhere cheaper.
