I watched them steal customers money
- - Browne and Sottilare allegedly defrauded Bay County homeowners using an unlicensed contractor.
- - They were arrested in Jackson and Bay counties.
In early 2019, Kenneth Browne, the owner of Publicadjusters.com and Thepublicadjusters out of Boynton Beach Florida teamed up with multiple convicted felon Anthony John Sottilare jr to exploit many homeowners in Bay County Florida. The organized scheme to defraud has resulted in both Browne and Sottilare being arrested in Jackson County and in Bay County Florida.
Browne would secure the client with huge promises of getting them more money for their hurricane Michael damaged homes and tell the homeowner that his contractor friend, Sottilare, could repair the home.
Browne, knowing that Sottilare had no license, would oversee the signing of a repair contract that took every dollar of the homeowners insurance money. Browne and Sottilare would split the repair money. Anthony John Sottilare jr spent every day drinking and using cocaine as he was intoxicated every day. This resulted in all the repair money to be lost and no repairs getting completed.
Both are now charged with multiple felonies with more to come.
The Decker family in Panama City Beach Florida, who is a disabled veteran, lost thousands.
The Rileys and Kevin Liang had tens of thousands of dollars stolen with no repairs or substandard repairs. Florida Dept of Law Enforcement is bringing these criminals to justice!

Ken Browne, the owner, is charged organized fraud
- - Browne and Sottilare jr stole from homeowners.

Kenneth Browne and Anthony John Sottilare jr both stole money from dozens of homeowners, including my family member. My uncle lost over $100,000 and never got his house fixed after Hurricane Michael.
Both of them are charged with organized fraud, exploitation of the elderly, tax evasion, and money laundering in Jackson and Bay counties.
Kenneth Browne and Anthony John Sottilare jr are out on bond and nobody should trust them.
Anthony John Sottilare jr has been convicted of over 18 felonies before these new charges.
We learned that there are more charges and victims coming to light.
After talking with other victims. They stole hundreds of thousands of dollars and little to no work was completed.
These two men are very cunning and seem trustworthy but are very dangerous and should not be trusted.

Lies, theft, deceived the elderly, fraud

Public adjuster Ken Browne and Anthony John Sottilare jr conspired to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars after hurricane Michael and were arrested. Both Browne and Sottilare are out on cash bond and are facing multiple felonies in Jackson and Bay counties.
Both of them stole over $100k from my elderly relative alone.
They did this while living like kings in an ocean front condo on the beach in which they rented. Anthony John Sottilare jr has been in prison as a sexual predator along with 20 other felonies for fraud before this event.
