Routing number for bank to "skip the fee"

AI Highlights
  • - Payment was processed, then resubmitted, causing a returned check.
  • - Electric shutoff risk; bank has no record and payment remains required.

I recently added my biggest account to public service of Oklahoma to skip the fee allegedly and I submitted my payment, they took it, and then they resubmitted it so I had to return check. Now my electric's going to get cut off. So I spoke customer service about it, and they said that my bank will have to get in touch with them.My bank said there's no record of this, so I told them and they said that I still have to pay it, it's gonna be below freezing. And they're still gonna cut off my electric

A Terrible Experience!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Three PSO program workers installed insulation.
  • - An employee allegedly stole from my office during the visit.
  • - The theft was reported to TPD and PSO.
Updated by user Mar 15, 2023

After a dozen phone calls and several emails; I have yet to hear back from PSO. I have not received a response from them…much less an apology.

It’s apparent that PSO is aware of these crimes and is choosing to do nothing about it. Their customers should be warned about the dangers of allowing Titan ES employees into their homes.

Original review Feb 13, 2023
I had the PSO Energy Efficiency Program employees (3) in my home for several hours installing insulation, caulking/sealing doors and windows.
One of their employees asked to use my back restroom then proceeded to steal from my office.
Once I discovered the theft; I filed a report with TPD and contacted Titan ES and PSO directly.
Titan ESs Manager was rude and defensive and PSO continued to transfer me from department to department.
Nobody took responsibility for this crime.
PSO customers need to be warned that these program employees coming into their homes will steal from them.
Its just wrong and PSO should be responsible for their employees actions.
Hopefully one of our local television networks will do an investigative report regarding this scam.
PSO customers be warned!!!

User's recommendation: Do Not Have Them In Your Home!!!

Problem with PSO Home Weatherization Program - I want the promised services

AI Highlights
  • - Qualified for the Home Weatherization Program through Titan ES and scheduled for 8am on October 12.
  • - Titan canceled; I need the upgrades completed or PSO to arrange alternatives.

I qualified for the Home Weatherization Program offered by PSO through Titan ES. The work was scheduled to be performed at 8am on October 12.

Approximately 2 weeks after Titan's assessor visited my home, I was the victim of a burglary, and since this young man was the only person who has had access to my home in the past year, he is a suspect. Today, Titan called and cancelled the appointment, based on this information. I QUALIFIED for this assistance, and I would like for the promised upgrades to be performed. Honestly, after all of my personal belongings have been taken from me, it is ridiculous that now I can't even get assistance with the promised services.

I am an older individual with mobility issues, and this program is important to me.

If Titan refuses to do the work after it was approved and scheduled, does PSO have an alternative company to come out and complete the work? Can someone from PSO contact me regarding this matter?
