Failure to give prior notice of rate increase and charged it anyway and added late fee, lies fee, and payment for new month before late due date.

i'm a senior citizen, not at all tech-savvy and i need to change my debit card number as my previous card got hacked. there is NO way to talk to a human and i do not mean an online associate.
