In regards to my order no PRC 135**** (which I haven't received) I see you now have a 30% off promotion. Are you able to adjust that order with 30% off or do I have to return that order and order again, getting the 30% off?

There IS no customer service
I was looking to exchange, not return, their pants. I reached out by email and by phone and have not heard back. I guess Im stuck with $100 pants that dont fit and Public Rec just doesnt seem to give a damn.

They had the wrong delivery address and were able to change it to the correct address before the order went out. They were very helpful.

I first purchased waist 34 but too small. Reordered 36 but they just didnt fit or look right.

I love public rec usually, but this time to my horror I double ordered a pair of flex shorts in the same color! HELP!
Earlier today (5/16/24), I ordered a pair of flex shorts in dark olive, only to discover that I already had the same shorts in the same color. I need to change my order, perhaps to a sand color. Can I please do that?
Preferred solution: I want a pair of public rec flex shorts, sand or fog color, instead of the dark olive color I ordered a few hours ago. Please?

No current problem. I called a couple days after placing my order was told they couldn't do it.

Delivery to another location
I received a message telling me my order was delivered about 6:31 PM last night. There was a picture attached showing the package at a door.
The problem is that is not my door. I don't have side lights as shown in the picture.
So I was very excited to receive my new pants but now I am not sure about the delivering of my order to somewhere else.
You have already charged my credit card for the purchase.
I would still like to have what I ordered. So could you overnight my order?
I'm going out of the country this coming Monday and would like to take my pants with me.
