Poor exchange policy

Received a jacket as a gift that was purchased more than a month before Christmas. When I got around to trying on the jacket it was too small. I just wanted to exchange it for a larger size, but Psycho Bunny would not allow it as it was beyond their 30 day window. It would have cost PB nothing to do this, but it has cost them good will and future purchases.

User's recommendation: Pay close attention to 30 day window for returns/exchanges.

Me cobraron cosas de mas y costos que no están en especial en la tienda de California el nombre de la persona era carlos v recibo #36-1**** muy mal servicio te confías que está en especial y no es cierto tengo el timer del pago y los tikets de las camisas que tienen el precio y estas. Totalmente equivocados y una prenda de más me cobraron
