Refund on a canceled flight

Its been over 2 months and Im still waiting for my refund on two tickets for a flight that psa cancelled! This flight was from Maui to Oakland on the 26 of December Ive been trying to get my money back I paid for two tickets one for my wife her name is Maria Salazar and the second ticket was for my daughter Karina Wargowsky. I was told it would take two billing cycles ! How much longer do I have to wait this is ridiculous!!!
