My kids were sitting outside of their booth at the Christmas gift show; they were asked to move, they did, then the lady looked at me and told me to stop looking so mean at the guy, and I wasnt, I was on alert since it was a busy place; and she kept going and told me to go eat somewhere else, to which I refused since I was not doing anything wrong, or even Inside their booth. I put my hands up and told her to stop talking to me, and that my kids were right there, she kept telling me to leave, and I didnt.

I finally had enough and plugged my kids ears and told her to shut the *** up, to which then she came out from the booth, accidentally stepped on my kids pants, which pissed me off more, and she was waving her hand in my face. Honestly, the worst company, and whoever has that staff out at vendors is a disgrace. I have made so many posts and complaints about her. I hope she loses her job.

She is not doing the company any good. 2 people heard her yell at me and get rude and got up and left. Shes horrible.

I reported them to the vendor office, and hopefully shes fired. I left in tears because I was so mad.

I absolutely wasn’t. Me and other people were outside their booth, sitting and eating because it was chaos in there.

Other people were also leaning on their stuff and she didn’t say anything to them. I had asked my kids to move before he did, but we moved off the banner, and she still kept coming after me. I didn’t say one word to her and she told me to stop looking at him.

She’s the one who attacked me first. But I have spoke to the district manager and he is handling it.

I can't get the wines that I like

I have been a client for about 30yrs. Both my wife and I enjoy a glass of wine with our dinner and through the years we have found several wines that we really enjoy, but it seems that when we try to reorder certain wines they are not available anymore.

How can one stay with you if, when we find something we like we can ever get that wine again?

My rep is Rosanna Roa, and for the last several years she has been excellent, several times she has gotten us wines from who knows where.

You also have a problem in local management, every year you have a new one. Again Rosanna is a great person and takes good care of us.

I have several older wines I need to exchange, what should i do?

Great wines and people

Went to a warehouse tasting event - the wines were really good and enjoyed some of the narrative of wine along with it. Nice experience, I will be ordering and hosting an event.

Purchased wine tasting a charity event from Scott. Set date, January 15, 2020 with Scott for tasting.

Invited the recommended 12 guests and cheese and antipasti tray to match with wines. Scott never showed. We had a great time anyway because I have plenty of wine and cooked dinner.

Contacted Scott next day and he was all apologetic but had several excuses of why he didn't show up. He did acknowledge he had set the date and time.

Said he wanted to make things wright and wanted to send me a case of wines. I said was not necessary but he insisted. Scott was to be in his office the next day and was going to contact me to set up wine delivery. I have not heard from Scott.

Very disappointed in service. If you use PRP make sure you confirm your event yourself I found little follow through.

Had a wine tasting a week ago today and the demonstrator James Ward was very short about coming out in the rain. I suggested rescheduling but he was ok with coming out anyway.

He left without running our credit cards for wine we wanted to purchase. To this day he still have not ran them. So he wrote down our information which I am not comfortable with. Today I said I would like to cancel and received the below response.

Horrible service.

Bring me out in the middle of a rainstorm and cancel the order. Very classy.

I had a wine tasting at my house that I purchased, you have to order 6 of the same wines, when it was time to be deluvered, they did not call me 24 hours in advance, was delivered to the wrong place so 600 dollars worth of wine sat outside in 95 degree weather for 5 hours, was charged more than I was supposed to be charged, the wines were not all international, they had california wines also at the tasting, prices are also way too high, you will also be charged a handling fee per bottle they never tell you about

I have been a PRP customer over 20 years and agree. I've never had a problem with delivery,ever.

If you are able to attend a warehouse sampling you are allowed to mix and match any number of bottles as you choose. One two or twenty of whichever you like.

I have been a PRP customer for over 17 years. I have never had a problem with PRP Wines.

Have attended wine tastings at several locations throughout Michigan. I think the compliant is more of an wine consultant issue than anything.

Unable to use groupon

My son gifted me a Groupon for father's day. He did not know that we were ready to move from a large house to a small apartment when he purchased the coupon.

We contacted PRP and explained that could not comfortably host a wine tasting event and use the coupon. We were offered to redeem it for a wine purchase instead. We tried to buy a bottle of red Burgundy and use the coupon for part of the purchase; however, the website did not allow it. I sent an e-mail to PRP explaining the situation and received a single phone call from the company (Dan I believe), which I missed.

I made 3 (three) attempts to call Dan back and sent him one e-mail.

I never heard from PRP again.

This company is evidently more interested in selling useless groupons than developing a professional relationship with potential customers. Would not bother dealing with them.

I am a Brand Ambassador for PRP wines. I love their wines.

I read the comments on the poor customer service our other offices have had and I want to let everybody that reads them know that not all the offices are like that. I work for the Orlando office and I know our branch manager has excellent customer service and know she expects that from all her Brand Ambassadors and Wine Consultants.

The one thing that is awesome about our wines is that not only do they taste great, but you don't get a headache like you do from some of the less expensive one you find at the local stores. $20 for a bottle of wine is not bad when you consider the quality of the wine.

I just wanted to say a few things that are a fact . I don’t own the Company , I’m a happy employee .

We have at any given time , 280 Single Vintage wine . They range from $20 , on up . When we schedule a tasting , we bring wine from all over the World . We always bring a few Whites , from Semi Dry , to Sweet .

Reds as well From Dry , to Semi Dry to sweet . As well as a side pour liquor . That has to make it to several tastings . We bring that as an extra bonus , w/o charge .

We have AMAZING wine . Sure , to please the pickiest of Palets . We have been in buisness well over 40 years . With a strong , loyal following .

We are very knowledgeable , about our wine , and whats going in in wine world . Most of us work here , as a direct result of first being a client of the Company . We are very passionate about our wine . Also , I have to say , from one lover to another .

We have the best wine available , you cannot buy it commercially . So, it’s something that is very very special. And we are very selective in what we bring to your house. If you pay $49 for an in-home tasting , we bring well over $200 in wine .

Which is 6 bottles . Plus , everyone has fun and we leave the wine with you. The 6 bottles . This is a great way to get together with your friends and family, and drink amazing wine.

I love what I do and I love the people that support me every day. The clients are not my friends. And will be for life. Thank you peer pe this is a great way to get together with your friends and family, and drink amazing wine.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I scheduled a tasting and no one showed up. After 14 calls to the host and the branch manager, the manager called back upset that I had called so many times.

She was belligerent and showed utter disdain to the fact that her employee didn't show to the scheduled tasting. The appointment for my tasting had also been confirmed. I asked for a refund, and they told me I have to provide them with the receipt for payment. I bought this in March, and it is now October.

I've called the Jacksonville, FL office, the Corporate office, and Tampa office. No ANSWER. Cant reach ANYONE. No one cares that I encouraged others to take time from their schedules to come to a wine tasting.

PRP didn't show up at all, and when I told the manager good bye have a great evening while maintaining my professional demeanor, she replied" I intend too" Dee Barton is her name and she's at 603-966-****. After I mentioned that I was going to file a formal complaint, she "TEXT" (how professional) me saying she is sincerely sorry for my inconvenience.

PRP Wines international

Stay away from their overpriced wines. Unless you are the owner of a large chain of 5 star hotels/Restaurants and need to buy pricey wines in bulk, this is not the place for you.

We dealt with a wine REP from this companies New Berlin Wisconsin office for several years and had made many purchases with him in the past not to mention referring several people to him. Our most recent order was in May of this year and included a purchase from another couple, 5 months later we were still getting excuses why we couldn't get our order. Our last call to him he told us that he had the wine in his trunk and if we still wanted it we could come and get it. We are done with him and this company.

Complete car salesman. Nobody should have to chase a salesman around for 5 months to get something they already paid for. Needless to say They make you feel like it's a privilege to even buy their wines. Save yourself a head-ache and money and go to your nearest wine or liquor store.

They have no agenda and you will be able to pay and leave with the wine you like. Imagine that, getting what you paid for.
