Ik ben klant van jullie en ik heb een 2-jarig mobiel contract. Mijn contract gaat binnenkort eindigen. En ik zou graag niet meer verlengen mijn contract. Ik zou graag mijn nummer behouden als herlaadsysteem bij Proximus.

Preferred solution: I just want end of my mobil contract not mor have abonoment to proximus mobil.bout i want keep my proximus number in hrladen sistem.

Cancel the contract

Hello, I want to cancel the contract that I have with the proximus because I will not live anymore in Belgium. For the moment I am in Albania thats why I am texting.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Actually we waited for the installation

On November 9, 2023, through Belfius, we subscribed to Proximus' package, including home internet for 59 Euros, along with 1 mobile and 1 landline, and additionally purchased 2 mobile phone subscriptions at 10 Euros each.
However, the experience we've had has been quite distressing, and unfortunately, we did not receive the expected service. We were informed that the home internet would be connected on November 15, 2023, but no technician arrived.

Sincebwe terminated our previous internet subscription, this left us without internet at home. We only used Proximus' monthly 10GB data, which was quickly exhausted.
Upon encountering this issue, we contacted Proximus customer service multiple times and requested to allocate a monthly 1 terabyte internet to one of our mobile subscriptions. However, this request was not extended to our other mobile lines, and only one of our lines received the corrected access.
Due to the technician's absence, we were compelled to use this mobile line as a hotspot at home, but the connection was unstable.

Despite the appointments scheduled by Proximus on November 22, 2023, and subsequent dates, the technician did not arrive. This has been immensely disappointing and has increased our inconvenience.
Refusing the proposed appointment for November 29, 2023, as no explanation was provided for the previous missed appointments, we do not wish to undergo this experience again.
In light of these issues, we are deeply disappointed and have experienced significant inconvenience.
