I ordered an item from Proviz Sports and after paying for 24 hour delivery, I expected it to be dispatched within a few days and then received within 24 hours. After two days they still can't give me a dispatch date and there's no contact number.

I can not order products
Tried to order, got one too many items in the bag, and I could not delete one of the incorrect items to 0.
I'd really like the 3 products I tried to buy, but it's really becoming annoying.
Each time I try to reorder, something goes wrong; either an item (gloves) doesn't go in the bag, or if I correct an item (rain pants), I cannot correct the size, or cannot delete the wrongly sized item.

greetings- i purchased a Reflect360 jacket, size XL, order number 439000****05 upon receiving the jacket, i found it to be too large, sent it back for an exchange for a size L i just received the size L jacket, but , unfortunately, find it to be too small. i want to return this jacket for a refund, but the return portal will not accept my order number i would greatly your assistance in returning this jacket.
