Ghetto, GED caliber phone customer service
- - Branch locations provide a good customer experience; I want to speak with relationship staff.
- - Phone service is poor; staff are rude, inarticulate.
It is very unfortunate to write because visiting the branches is a fine customer experience. My family has been customers of this bank over the years.
At the brick and mortar locations, I have zero complaints. It is an above acceptable customer experience. However, the quality of the phone service is reprehensible. Rude, inarticulate representatives who feel put upon to do their job.
I would like to be able to speak with the people with whom I have a financial relationship, in a business speaking register. Not with these folks. They are incapable or unwilling to speak in a dialog tone appropriate for financial matters. High school drop attitude and ghetto presentation.
Reflects badly on the banking institution. 'nuff said.
- In branch customer service
- Undignified ghetto phone customer service speaking style
