Charged for skincare system after I complained to company
- - Skincare system order; cream pump won't work and cleanser doesn't clean my face.
- - I have messages and was charged for a second set with no refund.
I contacted the company again after they charged me for a second set of face products, and I never received them and they have blocked me from being able to message them
Ordered skincare system, used for a few days and complained pump on cream didnt work and I was unhappy with cleanser as it isnt cleaning my face. I have messages to prove this. They charged me for a second set of the system, I complained and was told too bad we sent it already and its formulated for you so they wont refund me very upset
User's recommendation: You will not get a refund if your in happy I saw on their website did another customer. Probably a fake customer said they remade the formula for her when she didn’t like it but they didn’t offer to do that for me for the cleanser and the pump on the cream never worked .
