Disapointed
The classic rip off. Liars, thieves and crooks.
Lied every step of the way. The only thing they did was put together a flyer/poster my10 year old grandson could do. They got me for 650.00 when originally asked for 1250.00!
Then DAVID DAVONA asked me to send it to another address which was his home in a run down dirty apartment complex.

Excellant
David Divona is the best and his company rates!! Thank you!!
Sharks feeding on writers and filmmakers
These guys are just *** that don't know anyone in the business. No one should pay upfront.
This is the first mistake that I made. I finally got a partial refund after harassing David Divona. I'm much wiser now, but this should be a warning to stay away from these frauds. It's better to do it yourself.
I know it's hard to make it and these guys promise a connection that will help you get there.
Smoke and mirrors. I don't know how many people they've scammed and it is a travesty and I don't know how they live with themselves doing this to people who really believe in their stories.

A Dream Shattered
I submitted a show concept to them about a year and a half ago, signed everything they wanted me to do and forked over $2500, which was money that I could have used to pay bills, but they built me up for a dream that my show would be pitched and almost immediately after sending them the money, I had to beg for information on whether or not the show garnered any traction. I have not heard from Mr.
DiVona in months and I have a feeling I won't again. I feel as if I got robbed of money I couldn't really afford to lose for a dream that was never going to come into fruition.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Proven Entertainment SCAM ALERT
I had a great conversation with David DeVona about how they were going to help me get my show into the right hands. We paid the "legal fees" and the "uploading cost" and I personally put out a lot of effort to get them the materials they "needed." Nothing ever came of it. They always claimed that they needed something more from me. I paid them over $1000 (and they "mistakenly" sent an invoice for twice that much) and radio silence.
David claimed that "no shopping fees" applied to our agreement- it was all the uploading costs to Aspera- but I don't even think that our program ended up online. Aspera is the first step in shopping shows to Amazon, and I could have done that much myself with all the time I spent communicating. After a time, I wasn't even speaking with David, rather his assistant Tony, who was not helpful in the slightest.
The best I can do to make up for my folly is to warn others about Proven Entertainment and the scam I fell for. Don't let yourself get roped in, they have nothing more going for them than a nice website.
Took our money and never heard from them
We did everything they asked for, paid the fee and then they never even bother answering my emails.
Do not do business with this company if they in fact are a real business. We should sue them for all the time wasted and the money paid.
I think we are entitled to at least a reporf of what they did for the money we paid them.
They really know how to talk you into it.
Please ask them for a list of projects they have been able to sell and make sure you research if is true. Do not fall in their trap.

Entertainment Scammers(Conrad Ricketts, Will Howell & David Divona)
I've have had the unpleasant pleasure of dealing with this company. They go around Web Festivals promising young Producers that they can get their Web Series on networks such as Amazon, Hulu, etc.
They take on your show and then inform you that you need a One Sheet which thy can do for a $500 fee. If you do it yourself, they all of a sudden come up with all other kinds of fees which is not mentioned in the first conversation. They promise article in the Hollywood Reporter, Variety Magazine and many other Hollywood Mags.
My HD with all my data was returned broken which they promised to pay for new HD and the date retrieval, which was BS.
Three weeks (early September)before the show was to go on Amazon they made excuses the quality was wrong. They've had the HD since Apiril and wouldn't you think they would have informed US before that.
It's been a constant battle to try to reach theses individuals though when they wanted paid they were on the phone, email and text 24/7
PLEASE be aware of these individuals

I have had the misfortune of also dealing with Proven Entertainment. They were extremely misleading with the services they claim to offer.
We submitted all the materials they asked for and then we wouldn't hear from them for weeks. When we would finally reach out to them they would claim that they tried to get in contact with us and that we needed to give them money to complete the next steps. We would then again hold up our end of the deal and they would tell us that our series would be up in a couple of weeks, but again they needed more money. Everytime they needed money they were very quick to get back to us.
But as soon as we ask for a refund and money for damages done to our HD they are no where to be found. Proven Entertainment refuses to answer phone calls unless you call from a blocked number. They use The Hollywood Reporter as well as Variety as ways to lure in young producers. They tell them that they will publicize their series in these industry publications.
The entire thing is a scam. Please beware of David DiVona, Conrad Ricketts, and Will Howell.
This company lacks integrity.

In trying to resolve my issues that sound like your issues with Proven I brought up the bad reviews they have on this site. They tell me this, that I'd like to check out with you: "Three of these reviews are from the same person who sent us a hard drive that his series in an improper format.
We sent it back to him. When he sent it back to us, the hard drive was broken and could not be read.
So we sent it back and he left 3 reviews for us." There are four reviews posted: https://www.pissedconsumer.com/browse-reviews.html?query=divona&redirect=1. Are three of them yours?
