Ordered an item, never received it. After delivery was pushed back 4 business days, after the 7-10 projected delivery, the item never came. I contacted customer service and I received an email offering a replacement or a refund I requested a replacement to be sent priority. It was little to ask seeing we've waited almost a month. I was instead given a refund and was told they "could not expedite my order at this time." Not willing to go a little further to satisfy a new customer, that's fine, there are other companies who'd like our construction company's business. Buyer beware

Bad Customer Service

Terrible customer service! I emailed them to see if they had a certain item because they have the same thing on amazon just a different size. Dawn told me that they are an amazon dealer and all sales need to go through amazon. That is not what I had asked. I then sent anther email trying to explain that I first would like to know if they even offer that size and if so , could she direct me to the page. She replied that I needed to furnish her with the Amazon ASIN number in order for her to look it up? Hu?? SO I decided to call. Dawn answered , had an attitude , said I needed the ASIN number for her to help me and REFUSED to LET ME TALK TO ANYONE ELSE! This company should not be doing business on Amazon.com!

Wrong item sent. Thats when the trouble began.

I ordered two items through amazon from this company. one arrived just fine, the other was the wrong thing. It happens. This is when the trouble started. First it took them a week to get a return label. The company itself will not help and we had to go back through amazon before they would pay attention. The item was returned promptly and verified. Still no big deal, but now trying to find the status of our order has become frustrating. There is no customer service. When you call you are directed all over just to be told to leave a message. The site says they will return messages within 24 hours, but they don't. the only response I have got was an email asking if I need a return label three days after the item had been returned. It is frustrating to say the least.

I use to work there so reading this is no surprise to me. It's a small company run on a small staff and people just get ignored.

Product Description: Now infused with Dawn dish detergent, this scrubber pad does more than ever. Effectively removes organic debris and common soils. Cuts through grease and stains. Sponge Type: Scrub Sponge; Material(s): Foam; Shape: Wave. ~ Includes 12 boxes of two pads each. Ok so I looked at the list price of $70.80, this comes out to $5.90 per box sounds about right for 12 boxes, not a great deal, I can buy them at regular price in my grocery store for $3.29/box + tax. But now they have discounted the price by $62.51 to $8.29, WOW now that is a deal. We all have seen products deeply discounted, 50, 75, 90% off before. So, I thought this was legit, I mean who would sell a 2/pk of Mr. Clean Magic Erasers for $70.80? So I ordered 2 quantity for a total of $16.58 and waited a week for them to arrive. When I opened the box I had only received 2 boxes, 1 box of 2 pads per order. Really? I paid for a total of 24 boxes and was shorted 22 boxes for my total order. I emailed the company several times asking for the rest of my order and they have refused to complete the order. The first email said they made a mistake but they will not send anymore boxes, if I want a refund then I have to pay to ship them back and a 20% restocking fee as long as the boxes are in sellable condition. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking them to send the rest of my order. The refused so I filed a claim with ****** and the company stated to ****** that they are "out of stock". I went to the company's order form to place orders and found the product was in stock and available for purchase in the amount available to complete my order. Gatzies (Promax Supply) has used the "out of stock" excuse with another complaint to BBB to escape liability to complete a consumer contract entered into when accepting payment for merchandise sold. I placed and paid the order with the expectation that I would receive the full quantity of items as described. I feel the advertizement was misleading in order to dupe consumers into buying a product that is a great deal more expensive per box then is normally what I would pay otherwise. I never received any notice from this business that this product was out of stock and it was only when I notified them of the discrepancy that they removed the advertizement for the quantity promised. So far, Gatzies (Protex) Supply LLC has only emailed me with multiple requests to give them back the 2 boxes I have (at my expense of course). They need to honor and complete the legally binding consumer contract entered into with me on April 7 2013 which they have been paid.
