- - They do not respond and only send copy-paste replies.
- - They shipped unsealed and used protein powder; I waited over a week for a response.
They do not respond. Instead of answering questions or offering help they just keep sending the same copy and paste replies.
They sent me unsealed and used protein powder. I have been trying over one week to get a response.
Finally today I get a reply, that has nothing to do with my issue, and just kept sending the same reply to my emails. AVOID!

I have tried numerous times to get in contact in regards to cancelling my subscription. The subscription cancellation email obviously doesn't work, as my emails aren't leaving my outbox.
I've also tried the "chat with us" couple of times and no one seems to be working as I get no reply. But seem to be happy to continue to charge me for a product I no longer want. its nigh on impossible to cancel anything.
So can you please cancel it from your end as I've blocked further payments via my bank. Also I can't provide an order or contract ID as my account doesn't appear to display anything other than subscriptions, delivery address, and payment
