AWFUL customer service

Ordered lunch for a few friends to take out at the Protein Bar restaurant in Schaumburg, IL. Received a text food was ready.

Arrived to pick up the order. Saw about 20 people waiting for their orders...waited 45 minutes for the order. The manager informed me that “this happens all the time” and that “you shouldn’t expect us to get everything ready on time - we send texts before the food is prepared”. She was so cheerful, and out of sync, that she did not seem to realize that everyone waiting was being made late for something.

No one appreciated this.

The food is very expensive and you would think they could get their customer care down a bit better. I will not be back.

I had the same experience here! I think they are short staffed and also need more training. Someone needs to help this place out else they will close.
