Being called multiple times daily

I have been called by these snakes multiple times a day no matter how many times I've asked politely to take my number out of their database. Even by calling back and asking them what their caller ID indicates, they will read my number back and then I'll ask them nicely to remove it. Even after multiple attempts and them saying it will be removed I still receive daily calls. My next step is to file a formal complaint against this unethical, deceiving, and rude so-called business. If their actual "warranty" product is anywhere close to their customer service skills or lack-thereof then I don't see how they're still in business.

Protection Direct: Vehicle extended warranty

This scammers Protection Direct offer extended warranty bumper to bumper on any vehicle and rental services for when your vehicle goes down, but declined all submitted claims after taking your money for several months, In reality all this companies that offer extended warranty unless is with the dealer that you purchased the vehicle is simply a scam. After several years of my factory warranty expired, i got tired of receiving Protection Direct offers to provide extended warranty on my vehicle and decided to give them a try, needless to say that when the vehicle broke down, they neither provided the rental services that they had mentioned and nor they approved the claim to fix the vehicle based on some *** by the *** who came to see the vehicle and determined wether is covered under their warranty, this is where their scam comes in to place, the claim adjuster is already predetermined to deny you the claim no matter what, and now youre out of your money that youve been paying them, and need to come up with more money to fix the problem and when you ask to get your money back , and terminate their services, this *** got the nerve to tell you that you cant get 100% of your money back because they come up with fees and *** to keep part of ur money, and that it would take 30 days to get your money back, their lucky their not local in florida or they would have seen me in person, and i tell you i would have gotten ugly, anyways PROTECTION DIRECT IS A TOTAL SCAM, DONT FALL FOR THEIR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, the mechanic himself told me that 95% of the companys who provide extended coverage NEVER PAY..... PROTECTION DIRECT IS a WORTHLESS COMPANY, who abuses the trust of the hard working American people and they should be taken down.
