Not a serious organization
They didn't seem to take me seriously. I had some pretty simple questions regarding the law, which they should have no problem answering.
Instead, they brushed me off, answered questions that I didn't ask, and said that they can only answer questions regarding precise situations. However, when I gave them a precise situation, they just ended up ignoring me.
So I got no help or answers whatsoever. They seem to work for the government rather than for the citizens as they claim.
