Have tried cancelling my protect america acct. Told it needs emailed or mailed in. Email comes back undelivered and the mail of course they say never made it there. They keep charging me every month. Everytime i call I get the run around. Going to the BBB and would not suggest to anyone!

The worse company in the world same thing here I don't have a contract with them and they still want a 30 day cancellation from email so I called my bank and put fraud on there and frozen the account they had on file. The system is junk it is out dated and breaks all the time. Never use this company
