I wish I would have read all of the lousy reviews before I hired this company to clean my floors. I paid him $150 to clean my kitchen and two bathroom tile flooring and he did a half *** *** job.

I took pictures of before and after and then confronted him about it and he made excuses and then I asked for him to come back and finish the job and he never did. Then finally I asked for a refund and he never responded to me. I am so frustrated.

Now I have to fight with my bank to get my money back and I have to hire another cleaning company to finish the job that he failed to do. He did however did an okay job on my carpets, but he charged way too much..$200 for 3 small bedrooms!

My dogs had almost destroyed the carpets.We was out of town for 2 weeks during the Summer.The dog sitter let them *** and *** everywhere.

Jason with ProSteam Restoration did a great job and out home now smells fresh and clean.

I have no idea if this guy is decent or not at cleaning carpets... I called him prior to my Groupon purchase because I only had 1 room and stairs, but the deal was for 3 rooms.

On the phone he agreed to do the 1 room plus stairs for the 3 room price. So I bought the groupon. 2 weeks later he shows up and wants to charge me for the stairs.

We go back and forth, which is fine, but he starts calling me "dude", turning his back on me, and being very disrespectful. He then tells me this job is not worth it because he "makes $150,000 a year and that he "is number 1 on Groupon".

The service was horrible. I addressed the issue of the carpets and all he did was dispute me after I sent pics.

I also have testimonials that the carpet was awful after the he cleaned the carpets. I prepaid $202 for all these extras which he did not do.

I made an appointment with Prosteam Restoration. I contacted owner to reschedule for a different day and the only response I recieved is that he would be out of town.

I emailed again asking to see if he had any availability for any Friday.

I never recieved a responce. I emailed him a third time just to cancel the original appointment I first made and recieved no response.

My $49 clean turned into $125 even though he said pet treatment was included. Lets be clear it was 2 puppy urine spots in a corner in Mesquite.

Once the carpet dried i could still see traffic areas and light yellow in the corner. I went to Elliots's hardware. Rented a carpet machine and cleaned with vinegar and water. Pulled soapy residue out of my carpet and it dried with no yellow.

Vinegar smell lasted a few hours but that was the worst of it.

Will not use the salesman again. He does upsell anything and everything

Jason Yarbrough with Prosteam restoration did the same up sell to me several months ago. My carpet is already in the same shape with black spots.

We take our shoes off. I paid almost $200 for the Groupon "special". My brother told me I was had. Should have known with skeletons and roses all over his truck.

He claimed to be a fireman, yet with the beard on the hanging down to his chest I don't see it. I feel *** that I fell for that bait and switch routine. I did not have pet urine he sold me on a pre treatment for dirt. I thought that is what carpet cleaning is.

I will call DalWorth this time and get an upfront cost! BTW - Yes, he does use a machine that is pushed up to the door and filled up, not mounted.

I worked for All American carpet cleaning years ago channel 4 busted them for bait and switch upselling and Jason Yarbrough Uses the same old bait and switch tactics. My wife paid over $250 For a groupon $49 clean.

With a portable! Refused to do a clean for advertised amount. Said it would ruin the carpet! What a lie.

Inferior service.

Get a van mounted clean by an honest professional. Stop lying to upsell.

I did the same living social bait and switch. I had buyers remorse because i was unable to get other quotes.

I had no way of knowing what were good prices, what would have simply cleaned out! Everything was trust me. I felt hard sold. Make a decision now or im leaving.

I spent over $150. I will not use again. When the carpet finally dried the next morning it did not look nearly as good as when it was wet. I did not recall him because i knew some charge would come out of it.

To be honest he is nice. Not as knowledgeable as he thinks he is. Just felt like whats the most he could get from me.

He cleaned tile area then charged 2x the amount to spray a "sealant" on it. These groupon and living social "deals" never seem like deals, just a way to get a salesman in your home!
