Constantly raising rates

Original review updated Mar 11, 2025

This company offers supplemental Medicare policies. I initially used them in 2019.

Since then, due to medical issues, I am forced to stay with them. They continually raise their ratesat least 3 times per year. Now I get notice, since Medicare enrollment is over, they are raising their rates over 20% more each month. Appears that their actuarials are not doing their jobs if they have to keep raising rates.

Social security raises the income for seniors a little then these price gougers take even more. I dont see other Medicare policies moving to this degree every few months and I feel like they are really hitting seniors below the belt.

Cant afford the insurance and cant afford not to have it. My prescription insurance never changes once the year begins!

Prosperity says we have to review his medical records. It's been 5 months.

The customer service woman is the same person.

She laughs and says, 'You go right ahead and take us to small claims. Do not purchase.
