Ive just paid for your subscription for a month online it then asked me to download the app which I did then after getting into it I am being asked to pay again for some sort of language add on and I cant continue is this a normal feature making students make compulsory payment for other things even after they have subscribed! Once you manage to attract a user to subscribe u should not then tell them to purchase other packages otherwise u wont be able to understand the language. Which if u ask me should be use friendly anyway
