I feel they stole money from me.

Went to get a timing chain put in my 1999 A8 Audi. I took them about 2 months to do this.

They then charged me $1,795.00. But by the time I got home my car was smoking and oil was leaking. So I then took it back to Prospect Mart. They then kept my car for another month.

Then when I went in to pick up my car the owner Neil charged me another $100.00 because they had supposedly add new parts. But by the time I got to my drive way my car was smoking because I still had a leak. Then when I went back, this time Neil came out and said the were not working on Audi anymore. That is something that we should of known before he let his employees work on a car they knew nothing about.

Now I am out of $1,795.00 and my car is worse then when I first took it to this business. This owner should pay for my car to by fixed by a shop that knows how to fix a car.

It was obvious that this company scammed me because 2 employees were standing in the garage door laughing as I drove off with my car smoking. Businesses should not be able to steal money from consumers.
