Unfinished work
- - Proshield is unprofessional, promised work wasn't completed and fees were outrageous.
- - Albert didn't finish the work and didn't respond.
Proshield is a unprofessional company. Not sure if the technician selling the company lied to us or they dont inform the person actually doing the work.
We complained to them how the work they promised wasnt completed. I sent Albert, the technician, pictures of uncompleted work. The service guy came out for the second time and still didnt complete it. They charge an outrageous fee compared to other pest companies.
When I tried to contact Albert again no return calls or text. Ugh!
