omg -- I wish I had seen this before -- I had the same issues -- this guy is not to be trusted! he never shows up when we had problems with our basement renovations -- now stuck to find someone else to finish it -- I say the same thing -- stay away from this guy -- bad news -- I am embarrassed that I got conned by him
