Trying to contact technical support is extremely frustrating. The only way to contact them is through chat and I wonder if their chat is even monitored.
I was on chat for over 10 minutes just waiting for a response, finally got a response and then sat on chat waiting for another 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous!

I signed on to my account and created some drafts. It is no longer letting me sign in, stating my password is incorrect.

Proposable is a Good Idea, with Terrible Support - Stay Away
As a business we use services from other vendors to ensure we provide the best experience to new clients and existing clients. As such we signed up with a service call Proposable a few years back to help us build and deliver proposals for new clients. After a very frustrating year I wanted to share my experience here so if you're considering using them for your business you at least know what your getting yourself into.
First and foremost, I really only think there's one person who mans sale and customer service there and his name is Gabe, while Gabe seems to be a nice guy, I don't think he's well versed in sales or service otherwise he wouldn't have spent the last year giving me the runaround.
My story begins almost a year ago when I reached out to Gabe offering to pay for Proposable to custom re-design my proposal for me. He said this would be no problem, promptly charged my card which I was ok with, and was ok with any price point by the way as this was an investment into my own business.
Now this is where the nightmare begins. Its March 25th today and I have yet to receive a revised proposal. I have received promises, assurances, excuses, and everything else but no redesign. I have never spoken to anyone other than Gabe which tells me it may just be a one man shop and a few weeks back I get this amazing email saying " Yay we are done with your new proposal, go find it when you login, there be a circle and its there". Well, no circle, and NO response to emails or support tickets since then either.
This has been almost ONE Year and since then I have slowly move my business to another provider . I didn't really have much of a choice because I needed a solution where I could speak to people who would be willing to help and I found one.
Guys if your considering Proposable do your due diligence, if you can't speak to anyone else other than one person, then don't invest your new client experience into it.
