This was the second potted plant to be sent. First was bad but second replacement was worse. Welted leaves and rose. No insulation in box too cold to send to Michigan. Too expensive for a dead potted plant ! Was a gift for Valentines Day.

I received a moss potted orchid for Mother's Day with unclear directions on how to transplant the orchid from the plastic container it came in to the small vase ;provided. Not sure if I take it out and plant it directly in the vase(do I add moss, soil, etc) I called proplants and reached someone in India that had no idea how to help me and I could barely understand him The box arrived on its side and was clearly marked with bold arrows that it was to remain upright People pay good money for these plants and it definitely leaves a bad review of your products Not what was represented to my daughter when she placed the order

My spouse sent me a potted 8 stem flower lily for Mother's Day, it arrived today, May 1st and 3 of the flowers are broken by the top of the stem. Three of the other flowers are burned at the tips and ripped on the edges. Only one bamboo stick to hold up one stem. Should have been secured better for transport since stem on these babies are 30 inches long. order # E539****

Needed info for a plant received as a gift

Opened a chat with "Ellen" and explained situation. Then received a request for credit card info to charge me $1 to join their info site. Yes, only $1. but WHY??? Just tell me what's wrong with the plant I received as a gift, followed the instructions and nothing has happened with it since 2/14/19. What is wrong. I have a fairly green thumb and am successful with other plants. Why not this sweetheart hoya??

Opened gift card first! Just said Happy Birthday Barb! Have a Wonderful Day! Who sent me this plant? Looked all through the box and packaging, nothing! I did get a care card for the plant. No specific name, just green plant collection. O.K. There was a blue foil envelope included in the box "more surprises inside". It was an enamel pin in the like of palm leaves. I did not like the sentiment written on the pin holder. PALMS in the air ...like you just don't care. Is it just me or would others agree with me. The condition of the plant looked good. No complaints. I did call the ProPlants company to see if they could tell me who sent the plant. Like some other reviewers I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE FOREIGN SPEAKING PERSON ON THE LINE. They couldn't tell me because of PRIVACY REASONS. I am the recipient, what the heck! I am going to the BBB and write a complaint about these people and also tell whomever sent it to me to not use them again!

I received tulip bulbs from my husband and children for mother’s day! Immediately upon opening them I noticed there was no senders message or care instructions let alone any information regarding what the plan was since it was still a bulb. With Mother’s Day coming up I assumed who they were from had to do research on proper care instructions as there is none on the entire website for this plant immediately upon them sprouting they were yellow and not green I’ve tried everything to turn the situation around but has ended up being very sad situation. I would not recommend this company to anybody that cares about the person they’re sending the flowers to !!!!!!!!

I got this plant as a gift. I consider it a punishment not a gift. The plant arrived with very scratched and broken leaves. That was OK because the flower was still pretty. The problem was it didn’t come properly potted. When I called customer service, despite the fact that I was patient and polite they did not help me. They kept pretending they couldn’t pull up my order number. As of this complaint, I have been transferred to five different people. I plan on writing negative reviews until I get a positive outcome. At this point, most people would have given up but these guys really deserve to go out of business.

Incomplete Order; Customer Service Abysmal

We received a beautiful orchid as a Mother's Day gift. BUT, the plant had no care instructions and nothing in which to put the plant into other than a vase. We contacted "we care", and they had no record of our order, by number, recipient, sender, or address of either. Finally, they indicated they would send us a replacement if we gave them all the info they needed to send. We did that immediately, and all went dark after that - no further responses to our emails requesting updates or progress and, obviously, not replacement plant. We would never, never do business with these people again.
