- - Propertyware shows a $4,000 balance; court records show $1,921.
- - I never got my deposit; damages include ceiling collapse, mold, and flooding.
Propertyware is reporting false information from my past landlord 4,000.00 balance added on my account with out reason.A lease filled in court wasnt signed by both parties, knowingly and the amount of 1,921.00 is what was filed in court,proving that there was not an extra 4,000.00 balance.. I was never given my deposit although the only damages were there was the ceiling falling in,leaking and crumbling apart and mold from sewer pipes backed up and flooding my apartment with *** and bacteria too many times to count.
I moved into the apartment with these existing issues(and several other tenants). It was never fixed,after so many maintenance requests,I eventually gave up but I also have documentation/pictures to verify what I say is all true!!
