Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The company denied that they had any fault in this and even lied on a BBB complaint that they weren’t the right company complained about. This is 100% a sham company.
Scam site. You get a report that contains realtor listing information from sites like Zillow and Redfin that contain multiple errors and is in no way official records of anything.
Then days later, they start charging you again for more that you never authorized. No order number references, no receipt.
Avoid this scamming site at all costs. Total scam.

They're relying on people not checking their credit card statements. I suspect many customers don't even realize they're paying for this service.
I was informed that 'signing up for the service was part of the checkout,' but I certainly didn't see it. It's evidently designed to trick you into unwittingly signing up for the service.

I did not make a mistake when ordering a $1 property record. I did not "accidentally" sign up for a bulk/corporate plan.

I encourage everyone who has a similar experience to write an email to Civil.Feedback@***.gov This AI driven company will not stop until someone in authority requires a great deal more transparency on their websites (plural intended) and much like the Do Not Call Registry, fines should be added when complaints are submitted.
