I was leaving to work on April 29th, 2019 and as I was going out the gate something caught on and damaged my car. Called my insurance, got an estimate.
Insurance company called front office several times to no avail, went in and spoke to the manager, don’t trust her, and now trying to reach out to corporate office to no avail. Will sue the company if not resolved with them.

tenant made manager aware of incident twice and the woman didnt do anything to space 22 for assaulting and trying to break in 23 house in the morning of 3-31-19 the police where called twice and the problem continues and the man in 22 is breaking the front of 23 house and i have submitted my problem to michelle the manager she neglects her duties to protect the tenants of valley vista mobile home partk and should be fired and a qualified person that can control these drug addicts . michelle rented to the man in 22 and look what he done . 23 is a resident for 10 years and never harmed any one and always been very loyal and keep the house pretty and put in appliances and deserves someone to represent me in this matter

It would be nice if after 3.5 months of calling ad emailing customer service, someone actually call me back regarding the wrong amount listed in the resident portal for my rent. Or you know if they ever sent me a welcome packet or helped me access the portal or told me who my property manager is and how to contact them. Why do they bother having a customer service line if the reps can't actually do anything other than email the same email address the residents email.

They leave for work at 8 the dog barks until they come about 5 yesterday 8 at night. Where the dog goes to the bathroom......Who knows! Never even leaves the trailer for a walk. This has to stop these people need a visit from someone at Towerpoint. We as neighbour do not want to confront them. Please take care of this problem we would not complain if it was bare able. We just want to be able to sit outside for a coffee or BBQ with out the barking. As soon as a vehicle goes by or someone walking down the street it just increases the barking. We do not feel like we are asking to much.
