Used a weed whacker to mow my lawn caused kick up dirt and rocks into ac unit coils. The company denies any responsibility. Trying to communicate with them at first was so difficult, gotten better but no resolution for us. We are charged monthly fees for our services to be done correctly. Also, hoa fee has gone up without developers moving forward with parking regulations and construction of the proposed amenities. We had to purchase a used car just to fit into our garage. Now, people are still allowed to park in places where it clearly states in hoa regs is prohibited .

User's recommendation: Stay away from pleasantville/property management people make rules yet dont enforce them after you already made a purchase to follow their guidelines.
