They are a fraud and I am surprised they are still around and doing any business at all

Invested in land in Senegal, everything looked good, did my due diligence - of course it was a relatively risky investment - but did not realise how dishonest they were. I have not had any return yet.

Stay away from them. I know people who invested in farmland in Africa and did well.

Loss of 52500 euros our deposits on 2 flats in montenegro

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

We were sold a pack of lies from beginning. The designs for flats shown were not permitted in Montenegro.

The architect was the brother of the Serbian joint developer who stole our money. The deposits were stolen with false signatures. We still own the land according to Ray Withers on our two plots .

We have been waiting for 12yrs to get our money back the thing was a complete lie from the beginning. AVOID

Dishonest company, poor work ethics

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Rescinded my contract as there was a problem with the seller (apparently). Property Frontiers CEO Ray personally called me to apologize for the issue.

3 months on and I am still waiting for my full deposit to be refunded after being personally "guaranteed" by the company CEO it will be resolved as top priority over a "few days".

Having someone like that run the company, who talks but doesn't deliver ~ make your own assumptions. I have warned every investor I know (a collective HNWI group) to stay well away from this company; invest smartly, invest wisely, invest with a more reputable company.

Sorry for your troubles. I lost $150K in 2013 due to the corrupt Turkish lawyer that PF vetted and recommended to me.

They have not even bothered to return my 2000 GBP reservation fee. Justice will be done to this company eventually, when their true nature is exposed by enough disgruntled customers

Property Frontiers in the UK - beware

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Don't ever use this organization for international real estate investments. I bought property from them in a foreign country and I have lost my entire investment of $150,000!

The lawyer that was vetted and provided to me by Property Frontiers was a fraud, and he has scammed several unsuspecting foreign investors. When I signed up with PF, this lawyer was the only option available, and I expected that he had been properly vetted.

I do not hold PF entirely responsible, but they wont even return my phone calls or emails, and have accepted NO responsibility for my predicament at all! I have been left 'high and dry" to deal with this issue in a foreign country, and have to hire a local attorney to pursue the matter.

We also have an investment underway with PF. Can you tell me which country & which lawyer? Thanks.

Hi, I do hope everything goes well with your investment. Since I have an active court case and arrest warrant for this person, I prefer to remain anonymous here, and not provide name or country.

If you are worried, you can write back with your lawyers name or initials and I can confirm or not.

If you have recently invested, then it is highly unlikely your are besot with his services - since he is disbarred in the country of mention. Good Luck

I would not worry about which country or which lawyer. The problem is with Property Frontiers.

I lost over 100k in an investment with them.

They do not vet the companies that they do business with, and their sales agents are liars. If you rely on what they say and it turns out to not be true, or if the developer fails, it is your loss, as Property Frontiers will take responsibility for nothing.
