Professional HOA consultants, Inc. Located in San Diego, CA.
This organization refuses to perform work they are being paid for by the owners of the properties that this company is hired to maintain and protect.
In the case of a complex in Santee, CA.
they refuse basic building maintenance such as paint touching up of buildings, or replacing light bulbs in the common areas of the property. Their excuse is that they can not perform the maintenance until the owner photographs the issue and sends a picture to their office. Apparently sending out a maintenance person to find which bulbs are out or having the owner point out the area needing touch up is out of the question.
Stupidity or just lack of respect for the people who hire them?
PHOAC employees have no consideration for who they are working for. Many people are not tech savvy.
The owners may be incapable of taking the picture and sending it to the lazy employees of PHOAC.
Perhaps the owner is ill, their hands shake, older, or simply refuse to perform free work for a company that they are paying to do the job.
I would avoid PHOAC as I would avoid anyone who decides to perform customer service work but does not understand the meaning of customer service. In the same way I would avoid revisiting a doctor who does not understand the meaning of the word sick.
Common sense is not always common.
Preferred solution: Repair and maintain
User's recommendation: avoid until they improve
