I wasn't able to get in touch with any agents and there's no option to be connected to any live support other than leaving a message.

PROOFPOINT BAD COMPANY
- - Pricing is outrageous and spam features are sold separately.
- - Over $12,000 charged for appliance and licensing; it did not stop spam; $9,000 for PDR.
Stay far away from this company. They treat their longtime customers very bad.
Their pricing is outrageous compared to other vendors and they try to license spam functions a la carte. Proofpoint charged us over $12,000.00 for a new appliance and spam licensing but the appliance was unable to stop obvious spam. Was told that we needed to add their PDR module (basic IP lookup to see if address is a known spammer) and they tried to charge us (a long time customer) over $9,000.00 to add this basic spam detection service.
Really? Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company, they don't care about their customers, just taking your money.

I don't know what it cost but this program is a stinker for the user. It is overly cumbersome you can't delete blocks of e-mail just do it one at a time and even then you keep seeing it in your log report even when you mark it as spam manually.
What a piece of Junk it is. *** is closer to the truth!!!
