My son was on his way back to his training in AF up in Montana and he hit black ice and he flipped his car.Car was totaled and now they say they wont pay out because he has a different address than mine even though he's in training only not actually living up there. Even though he's on the policy and we dont know where he'll be going next!! What a way to treat your military!!Thanks Pronto for screwing us over aholes!!!

Pronto, is not pronto that's for sure. Still waiting on my claim. It's been 3 weeks. I got a hold of my person then the estimator. They both lied! Now waiting for another department to take over. My sister had an accident with other insurance company and within a few days it was taking care of. These people dont even respond to text or emails. After my policy is up, switching companies.

I had the same issue with them went through the same exact thing and until this day never was able to talk to the adjuster.I wish I had read this before I claim the accident through them instead of using my own insurance even though it was their customer's fault. I would have my car fixed by this time and would have spend a lot less time headache stress and only need to pay deductible and possible one day get it back. I never new a insurance...

Anonymous You ALWAYS file an insurance claim with your own company. It's common sense. You know your insurance company, you don't know how the other company is going to handle things...

there are not enough dirty words for me to even remotely describe the distane that I have for the pronto insurance scam......should you or anyone that you may know have the unfortunate reason to deal with "the not pronto" insurance artists I recommend that you "lawyer up" with a reputable car crash/bodily injury lawyer the minute that you determine that pronto is involved.......because these nasty folks have a agenda, which apparently is legal...

Paid nearly $100 per month for FULL COVERAGE insurance. They had no issue collecting my monthly premiums.
