Cant get through for 3 days to Promedica home eqpt

Iam in a promedica rehab facility and my wheelchair is a rental and it has avseatvtearingnon both ends, keft brake trouble and left brake handle that constantly needs tightening. I needva replacement and trying to make an appt for when I leave. I have partially paralyzed legs and i need my wheelchair. Have notvbeen a ble to get through for 4 days to schedule a switch. This is very up setting.
