Prolific Business Solutions - Job Interview Review from San Juan, Manila

Beware to this company. Isa itong kumpanyang naglalayong makapanloko at manlinlamg ng mga taong nagnanais na maghanap ng trabaho. Pera at oras ang sasayangin mo dito! Tatawagan ka nila for interview, papapuntahin sa bldg ng phil stock exchange, ortigas, konting interview then orientation na kailangan mo daw maipasa (ako naman todo pakinig at pasikat kase pwede daw magrecommend ng matatanggap yung nagoorient) tapos exam after (na ginalingan ko din kase maraming applicants) yun pala definition of terms lang. Then interview, hired and you will be overwhelmed kase ang iooffer nilang position sayo ay "Area Sales Manager", to good to be true na offer. The bad part is, hihingan ka nila ng 500 at kung wala ka pipilitin ka nila na gawan ng paraan or makapagdown, 50 for ID, 100 for manual and 350 for personnal insurance. Na kung iisipin mo, hndi gagawin yan ng isang kumpanyamg gustong magbigay ng kabuhayan sa aplikante nila dahil most companies ikinakaltas yan sa magiging sweldo mo. Another is, kailangan mo din kumuha ng inooffer nila na health care which is 2500. So guys beware. Bago ko nagbigay ng pera sinearch ko muna sila via googe and i found lots of reports like this.

Prolific Business Solutions - Stole money from me

This is a warning to potential clients/customers. Do research before signing with this "company". My experience has been a horrible one. They offer low prices, yes, which was my incentive, but if the deal seems too good to be true, or far below competitor's prices, there is something wrong… and you can bet the money you "saved" will be collected back in other ways. I was charged large amounts of "fees" that I was not told about, and money was debited from my account without authorization. Prolific Business Solutions is a scam. Be very careful if you decide to use them.

I'm dealing with almost the same matter two months worth of charges have not credited to my account and I have been back and forth with them and yet they're still hanging on to the money coming up with one excuse after another what I need to do to get it#biggest rip-off company in the world

I agree with the comments stated here. I was assured there was no contract, no early termination fee and never given the terms and conditions when I signed the contract.

We have two businesses and signed up with both. Multiple problems with customer service and continued charges. Now that I want out they are saying I have a 4 year contract!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Too good to be true is very accurate.

I am very disappointed on the customer service in general. I had a seasonal business and I made an agreement with them before I gave them my business that they have to put me inactive for a good number of months and will let them know to activate me again.

I called to put my account inactive immediately after the season was over. came to find out they were still pulling money from my bank. called again and I was assured they will process my request and refund the money. saw them again pull the money from my bank draft next month.

I spoke to the so called supervisor and promised me on the stack of bible to correct the problem and refund me the mounting unnecessary charges. to my dismay after 4 months, I saw my statement got charged again. I was so fed up, and decided to go to my bank instead, paid a fee to initiate a stop payment. I felt that I rather pay a fee one time than have to deal with this ***.

by the way, I am writing this not to smear anyone's reputation but to make you aware that a good company can become bad because of the customer service you hire. I know im sure for many you are satisfied. Apparently my experience with them was horrible. by the way, I gave prolific the benefit of the doubt bec they did the same to me last year.

now they've done it again.

So what does that tell me?

Update to my post above.

After a month or so and posting a few complaints online I finally heard back from Prolific and got them to offer some solutions to my problem. I likely will still be leaving them but at least I can say they higher ups are very reasonable people. They also fired a number of people for doing a poor job and revamped their phone system which seems to be helping since now I get right through to people and they all seem friendly.

Now can I say I'd trust them now, I'm not sure yet. But it is nice to see a company addressing their issues and making needed change.

I'd like to second the posters comments here. Prolific for one does not make clear their 3 year contract when signing with them, if they would I would have never signed up with them.

They also lured me in with low rates but after careful study they are even more than the competitors that actually have some form of decent customer service. With Prolific support calls I was always placed hold then hung up on by the system 9 times out of 10 and when I did reach someone they were less than pleasant.

On top of this their 1099 form did not match their invoiced charges and they could not or would not explain this to me.

After all of this they want to charge me a $350 early termination fee to leave them. I have asked multiple times for an exception considering my issues and they simply don't care.

By comparison my old big bank merchant account was cheaper, had good customer service, and charged me no cancellation fee. My recommendation is to steer clear of these guys no matter what fee they promise you.

We do everything in our power to make sure that our customers understand the agreements that they sign. Our statements are more detailed than most in the industry and even explain how to do the math to verify their fees.

We have a long list of very satisfied customers that are happy to provide a reference to any unsure business owners. This complaint doesn’t seem to be addressing a specific issue and looks to have been posted by an upset competitor. We are able to offer better pricing because we are able to offer a full range of business solutions to merchants. This is something that many of our competitors aren’t able to offer and we have received frustrated feedback from them in the past.
